Freshman (2013-14): ITA Scholar-Athlete … Second Team All-Ivy … notched 10 singles wins and nine doubles victories during her first season … finished strong with five consecutive singles victories … registered four straight doubles wins with Katherine Yau at Fresno State, Long Beach State and Cal State Northridge, and three consecutive doubles wins during Ivy League play.
Before Dartmouth: Attended Haddonfield Memorial High School, where she lettered in tennis and lacrosse all four years ... was captain for both teams as a senior ... racked up more than 100 career wins in tennis over her four years ... as a singles player, she was the USTA National Open Champion in 2012 and made it to the NJ State Tournament of Champions all four years ... in 2012 she was named the NJ State Interscholastic Athletic Association State Singles Champion ... in addition to her numerous player of the year awards, Taylor was named the number one girls 18 Singles Player by the USTA Middlestates … National Honor Society and Leo Club presidents ... finalist for the National Merit Scholarship.
