HANOVER, N.H.- Three Dartmouth men's soccer players earned spots on the ECAC Division I Men's Soccer All-Star team it was recently announced. Senior forward Lucky Mkosana (Bulawayo, Zimbabwe) earned first team honors while senior defender Nick Pappas (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and junior midfielder Kevin Dzierzawski (Oakland Township, Mich.) earned second team accolades.

Senior co-captains, Mkosana and Pappas, led the Big Green to its ninth Ivy League championship during the 2011 season while Mkosana etched his name in the Dartmouth record books by becoming the program's all-time leading scorer with 34 goals and points leader with 79 points. Mkosana was named Ivy League Player of the Year for his efforts.

Dzierzawski had a breakout junior campaign and led the Big Green midfield. , Dzierzawski led the Big Green and the Ivy League with seven assists while also recording four goals. Dzierzawski picked up points in five of Dartmouth's seven Ivy League contests and is currently ranked No. 23 in the national ranking in assists per game with 0.44 helpers per contest.  He is also ranked No. 36 in total assists (7). The Michigan native was also an All-Ivy selection.

Pappas, also an All-Ivy selection, was a part of the Dartmouth defense that held opponents to 1.18 goals per game and has recorded six shutouts. Showcasing his offensive prowess, he has tallied 13 shots, which ranked fourth on the Big Green squad. Pappas was named Most Valuable Defensive Player of the Dartmouth Classic this season and earned All-Tournament honors at the SMU Invitational.
