HANOVER, N.H. - Dartmouth women's lacrosse head coach Amy Patton has announced her incoming freshman class set to take the field for the first time in the 2013 season.

A talented group of seven individuals, they will join a team that is fresh off its first-ever Ivy League Tournament Championship as well as its second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance in 2012.

The breakdown of the new players sees Patton add four midfielders and three attackers to a roster of 30.

Ingrid Hermanson, Attack, 6-1, Mountain Lakes, N.J./Mountain Lakes High School

Before Dartmouth: A three-sport athlete at Mountain Lakes High School in New Jersey as she played basketball, soccer and lacrosse...Recipient of the 2011-12 Female Scholar-Athlete Award presented by the Morris County Athletic Director's Association...Named to All-Morris County teams several times, including the second team twice...Named to the All-NJAC First Team as a junior in 2011 and a sophomore in 2010...A US Lacrosse Academic All-American her junior year...The Morris County Daily Record named her to its all-area second team as a junior after being tabbed to the first team her sophomore season...Also an accomplished basketball player with several accolades and recognitions from her time at Mountain Lakes.

Coach Patton on Hermanson: "Ingrid has a knack for getting open around the cage and is very strong at catching and shooting. She uses her size well on the draw and will be very effective in that role for us."

Liz Hyde, Midfield, 5-3, Chatham, N.J./Chatham High School

Before Dartmouth: Three-year player on the Chatham High School (NJ) lacrosse team...As a senior, helped lead her team to a 23-2 record and a State Group 2 Championship...Her team also was the Morris County Champion as well as the tournament winners and the state runner-up at the Tournament of Champions...Was a three-time State Group 2 Champion as her teams also won the title in 2010 (21-4) and 2011 (20-5)...Twice selected to the all-conference first team and was named to the All-New Jersey Third Team as a senior...Earned Morris County Tournament MVP honors as a sophomore...Also played soccer at Chatham, serving as a captain her final season...Was a second team all-conference soccer selection as a senior...Earned numerous outside accolades for her lacrosse accomplishments from local media outlets...A US Lacrosse Academic All-American as a junior.

Coach Patton on Hyde: "Liz is an incredibly smart player that is going to be very steady on both ends of the field. She understands the game and uses her uncanny ability to always be in the right place on the field to her advantage."

Jaclyn Leto, Midfield, 5-8, Chatham, N.J./Chatham High School

Before Dartmouth: A four-year lacrosse and soccer player at Chatham High School in N.J. ...As a junior was tabbed the Morris County Player of the Year in 2011...In both her junior and senior season she earned First Team All-American, all-state, all-county and all-conference honors...She served as a captain her senior season...As a sophomore, was tabbed as a second-team all-county player...Helped her team to a Morris County and Group 2 State Championship her sophomore spring...Repeated as Group 2 NJ champion her junior season along with winning a conference title in 2011...As a senior, completed the three-peat of Group 2 and also claimed the Morris County title.

Coach Patton on Leto: "Jaclyn is a very smart and strong midfielder that will be effective at both ends of the field. She is good in transition and will create for us on the attack with her dodging skills."

Danielle Lisovicz, Midfield, 5-5, Glen Ridge, N.J./Glen Ridge High School

Before Dartmouth: Played four seasons of lacrosse, basketball and soccer at Glen Ridge High School...A US Lacrosse First Team All-American as a junior...Named all-county once...As a junior, helped lead her team to a New Jersey Group 1 State Championship with a 20-4 record...In the spring of 2010 was part of a 19-3 team at Glen Ridge that won the Essex County, Group 1 North and conference titles...Twice named to the Under Armour Underclassmen NJ Team...Earned a spot on the Third Team Star Ledger All-State Team in 2011...Played on the U-19 North NJ School Girls Team in 2010...As a sophomore was a member of the All-SEC Second Team.

Coach Patton on Lisovicz: "Danielle is very effective through the midfield with her speed and great stick skills. She is a smart player that sees the field well and will be effective for us in both the offensive and defensive ends of the field."

Campbell Probert, Attack, 5-3, Newburyport, Mass./Phillips Exeter Academy

Before Dartmouth: Attended Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H. ...Played four seasons of lacrosse and three of field hockey...Was a First Team All-American in New Hampshire as a junior...Was named a New England Prep School Women's Lacrosse Association All-Star as a junior as well...The team's leading scorer her sophomore and junior seasons...Represented New England in the Divisional National Tournament...Was a captain of both the field hockey and lacrosse teams at Phillips Exeter her senior year.

Coach Patton on Probert: "Campbell brings great enthusiasm and passion for the game of lacrosse to our program. She is eager to learn and will be a great role player for us in the attacking end."

Hannah Saris, Midfield, 5-5, Sharon, Mass./Moses Brown School

Before Dartmouth: Played four seasons of varsity lacrosse at Moses Brown School in Providence, R.I. ...During her time at Moses Brown, she played on the tennis, basketball, field hockey and lacrosse teams... A highly-touted recruit, she was ranked No. 18 in the nation by ESPN as a junior and as the No. 9 attacker her senior year...Tabbed as the Cox Rhode Island Player of the Year in 2011...Was named a First Team All-American and Academic All-American her junior season as well...In both her junior and senior seasons of lacrosse, she was honored with a spot on the Under Armour All-America New England Team...Those two seasons, also saw her earn first-team all-state honors while being named team MVP...Her basketball team won the Rhode Island DII State Championship in 2011-12 as a senior...She also was part of the DII state championship doubles tennis pairing that went undefeated in 2008-09...Earned second-team all-state and academic all-state honors as a field hockey senior.

Coach Patton on Saris: "Hannah is so good at getting to the 50/50 balls all over the field as this plays in to her personality of doing all the little things well on the field. She is a very tough player that will fit right in to the Dartmouth style of play and is very good between the 30's in transitioning the ball down the field and also in our redefend."

Gabby Starkey, Midfield, 5-8, Sudbury, Mass./St. Mark's School

Before Dartmouth: Was a three-sport athlete at St. Mark's School in Southborough, Mass., playing soccer, basketball and lacrosse...Three times a captain for the basketball team and twice with the lacrosse team as a junior and senior, while also serving as the captain of the soccer team her final year...An Under Armour All-American her junior season of lacrosse...Was also named to the NEPSAC Lacrosse all-state team as a junior along with being tabbed as the team MVP and to the All-ISL First Team...As a sophomore was part of the US National Tournament as part of the ELNE Team 3...Earned MVP honors at both the Duke and Dartmouth Camps following her sophomore season...She also earned MVP honors at the Dartmouth camp after her freshman season...Well-decorated athlete in both soccer and basketball as well, earning All-ISL First Team honors her senior seasons.

Coach Patton on Starkey: "Gabby will be a threat in the attacking end as she has a great sense of getting to the cage. Her speed is a great asset that will help in the redefend, while her ability to see the field is also a great tool she can use in her game."
