PRINCETON, N.J. – The 2018 Ivy League Women’s Lacrosse Preseason Poll was announced by the conference office Thursday afternoon.

Dartmouth was picked fifth by a contingent of media members who work to cover the Ivy League and women’s lacrosse. The Big Green earned 57 points.

Princeton garnered 11 of the 16 total first-place votes and 122 points to earn the top spot. Penn collected the other five votes and was second with 113 points. Cornell (101) and Harvard (71) rounded out the top four.

The Big Green open the 2018 campaign next Saturday, Feb. 17 at UMass before the home opener on Wednesday, Feb. 21 against in-state rival New Hampshire.
