KANSAS CITY, Mo.  –  On Thursday, the United Soccer Coaches announced the association’s 2017 NCAA Division I Men’s All-America Teams, in conjunction with the College Cup banquet.

Among the 37 All-Americans are seven student-athletes who will participate in the College Cup semifinals on Friday.

Senior defender Wyatt Omsberg has been named to the Second Team, rounding out a stellar career playing for the Dartmouth men’s soccer team. The Scarborough, Maine native finished his senior season with four goals and one assist, and aided the Big Green defense to hold opponents to only 12 goals allowed. This is his second All-America honor, as the defender was named to the Third Team in 2016.

This year’s NCAA Division I Men’s All-American will be formally acknowledged for their accomplishments at the All-America Luncheon on January 20, 2018 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in conjunction with the 2018 United Soccer Coaches Convention.

In addition to today’s All-America Teams announcement, the 2017 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Men’s All-Region Teams have been posted in the “Awards Central” section of UnitedSoccerCoaches.org.
