|Position:||Assistant Athletics Director for Peak Performance|
Hart first came to Dartmouth in January 2013 as a member of the softball coaching staff. She arrived in Hanover after completing her collegiate softball career as a First-Team NFCA All-American at Williams College. In three seasons with the Big Green, she helped the team reach its first-ever Ivy Championship series in 2013 followed by back to back Ivy League titles in 2014 and 2015. Both conference victories led to regional tournaments appearances in the NCAA Softball Championships.
In June of 2015, Hart joined the Dartmouth Peak Performance (DP2) staff as the DP2/Varsity Sports Assistant. Her responsibilities included providing support to the program’s Sr. Assoc. AD, Drew Galbraith, and his team of student-athlete development directors. These areas of support included academics, career guidance, leadership, sport analytics, event management, and social media.
As of April 2016, Hart fills the role of Assistant Athletic Director for Peak Performance and Director of Career Connections, a professional development service for Dartmouth student-athletes. Aside from teaching the skills associated with post-graduate planning and networking, she also plays a role in DP2’s wing of sport analytics, paying attention to the measurable hard and soft skills to increase the potential for excellence across the student-athlete population.
Hart graduated with a BA in English and Sociology from Williams College in 2012 and recently earned a Master’s of Education from the Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership program at the University of Washington in Seattle.
