Nate Strah joins the Dartmouth College Strength, Speed, and Conditioning staff after working as a Strength and Conditioning coach for Sacred Heart University’s men’s and women’s hockey programs. While at Sacred Heart, Strah was responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Pioneer Strength and Conditioning program. Strah also has experience working as a volunteer Strength and Conditioning coach at the University of Denver, where he worked with all 18 Varsity teams which includes high profile teams such as a national champion Men’s Lacrosse program and an Elite Eight Men’s Ice Hockey team.
Strah earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, where he was also a member of the hockey team. Nate is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.
