HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth women’s lacrosse head coach Amy Patton has once again put an exciting and challenging slate in front of her team for the upcoming 2014 season.

The Big Green will play 14 regular season games, including seven at home on Scully-Fahey Field over the course of February, March and April. The first weekend of May (2-4) will bring about the fifth Ivy League Tournament, a two-game, three-day event that has featured Dartmouth in each of its first four years of existence.

A four-game homestand between the final days of February through the second week of March will feature UConn (Feb. 26), Yale (Mar. 1), Boston University (Mar. 5) and Albany (Mar. 8) all making the trip to Hanover.

In addition to the Bulldogs, Ivy League foes Columbia (Mar. 22) and Penn (April 12) will also play in Hanover in this spring. The 2014 home finale is a Monday afternoon tilt with Hofstra (April 14) at 3 p.m.

On the road, the Green and White will open the year in Durham against in-state rival New Hampshire (Feb. 22) with other non-conference games at Florida (Mar. 18) and Vermont (Mar. 26).

Dartmouth plays four Ivy League road contests during the 2014 campaign, heading to Brown (Mar. 29), Cornell (April 5) and Princeton (April 19) before closing out the regular season at Harvard (April 25).

The winner of the 2014 Ivy League title will serve as the host for the league’s postseason tournament. Semifinal match-ups will take place at 4 and 7 p.m. on Friday, May 2, while the championship game is set for noon on Sunday, May 4.
