Hanover, N.H.— The 100 day countdown to the first Dartmouth football game of the 2013 season has begun. Dartmouth will open the season on the road September 21, at Butler under the lights in Indianapolis, Ind.
To celebrate the return of football, Dartmouth has launched a countdown celebrating various days corresponding with Dartmouth history and football facts. To follow the countdown stay connected with Dartmouth’s official social media accounts.
The first week featured the 1996 undefeated team on Day 96 with their clinch of the Ivy League Title over Princeton at the final game at Palmer Stadium. Day 94 was given to Jay Fiedler ’94 who went on to play in the NFL and led the Big Green to two Ivy League Titles. Save the date for the football home opener at Memorial Field which will feature Dartmouth vs. Holy Cross, under the lights on September 28, at 7 p.m. Be a part of this year's Big Green football excitment and purchase your season tickets early for all six home games in Hanover.
Football season tickets go on sale Monday, July 1 by calling the ticket office at (603) 646-2466 or by visiting the ticket office in person or online. Group tickets will also go on sale beginning Monday, July 1. There is no better way to enjoy the excitement of Dartmouth Football than with a group of 20 or more.
