BEDMINSTER, N.J. – The Dartmouth women’s golf team capped its spring season on Sunday shooting an aggregate total of 338 to finish in seventh place at the Ivy League Championship.
The Ivy League Championship is a three-day, 54-hole event contested at the 6,045 yard, par-72 Trump National Golf Club Bedminster's New Course.
Harvard shot a team total of 304 in the final to earn a one stroke victory over Princeton. Yale finished in third with Columbia and Penn rounding out the top five.
Princeton’s Kelly Shon won a playoff against Christine Lin of Harvard to earn low individual medalist honors.
Junior Sarah Knapp was the low scorer of the tournament for the Big Green. Knapp carded a closing round 82 to earn a share of 16th place.
Jane Lee was the only member of Dartmouth to shoot in the 70’s on Sunday, as she fired a 77 to enter the clubhouse in a tie for 23rd place.
Emily Hyman, Savannah Grice and Lily Morrison rounded out the field for Dartmouth. Hyman finished in a tie at 28th, while Grice and Morrison ended the 54-hole tournament in 34th and 35th, respectively.
