Each week, DartmouthSports.com will spotlight two outstanding student-athletes - one male, one female - as the Woodlands Credit Union Athletes of the Week. Student-athletes may be chosen based upon their efforts both on and off the field of competition.
Andoni Georgiou, (London, England) Fr., MF/F, Soccer
Andoni Georgiou helped the BigGreen seal a victory over Holy Cross (Sept. 2) with two goals, including the game-winner, in their home opener at Burnham Field. The goals were the first of his collegiate career. Georgiou was named to the Ivy League honor roll for his efforts. Georgiou, a senior, becomes the first Big Green player to score multiple goals in a game since Lucky Mkosana netted two in a win over Princeton in 2011.

Masini scored twice in the season-opening upset victory at UMass. She would add an assist on the lone Dartmouth goal Sunday in the home opener with Northeastern to give her five points on the weekend. A senior co-captain, Masini scored four goals all of last season, one in which she earned All-Ivy Second Team honors. Already in just two games this season she is halfway to that total. Her 18 assists last year ranked first in the Ivy League and she has already started back on that track this fall as her assist came from pushout on a corner play, familiar territory for Masini.
