Interview Policy
Head coach Danielle Spencer and student-athletes are generally available during the week for interviews immediately before or after practice. They can also be made available for phone interviews with out-of-town media. Please note that all interview requests must be coordinated through Pat Salvas, Associate Director of Athletics Communications, 48 hours in advance. Players will not grant interviews unless they are scheduled through the Athletics Communications Office. Please do not contact them directly. Coverage of practice must be cleared through Athletics Communications. No interviews will be granted prior to opening draw on game day.

Media admission to Scully-Fahey Field should be requested one week prior to the game. On game day, a gate list will be kept at the main entrance of the field and seating in the press box will be assigned. Scully-Fahey Field is equipped with wireless internet and ethernet connections.

Photography Passes
Newspapers, student newspapers, wire services and team photographers may request to be included on the media gate list.

Game Day Services
Game notes and updated statistics will be made available to the media before the game. Full statistical books will be available soon after the conclusion of the game.

Post Game Interviews
Coaches and select players will be made available for comments about 10-15 minutes after the game either outside of their respective locker rooms or in a designated media room.

Radio Lines
The Athletics Communications Office has phone lines available to visiting radio stations on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority will be given to commercial radio over student radio. To reserve a line, contact Pat Salvas at 603-646-9340.
