HANOVER, N.H. — College Sports Madness (CSM) recently announced its preseason All-Ivy League football teams, and a Dartmouth player was listed at nine positions, including senior Bo Patterson on the first team at both wide receiver and punt returner.

Patterson was joined on the first team by senior offensive lineman Scotty Whitmore and senior defensive end Evan Chrustic. The Big Green senior co-captains this season, offensive lineman Sean Ronan and safety Stephen Dazzo, both earned a spot on the second team, as did juniors Cody Fulleton (DL) and Vernon Harris (CB) on defense. The lone Dartmouth player on the third team was junior quarterback Dalyn Williams.

Princeton led the league with 17 selections on the three teams, plus had the CSM Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year in quarterback Quinn Epperly and the Freshman of the Year in defensive lineman Kurt Holuba. Harvard’s defensive lineman Zach Hodges was chosen as the Defensive Player of the Year.

Dartmouth, which posted a 5-2 record in league play and a 6-4 mark overall, will open the 2014 season at home against Central Connecticut State on Sept. 20 at 7 p.m.
