HANOVER, N.H. – The No. 8 Dartmouth women’s squash team fell to No. 3 Penn on Saturday afternoon, 9-0, at the Berry Squash Courts.

The Big Green move to 1-2 overall and 0-2 in Ivy League play, while the Quakers improved to 4-0 on the year and 1-0 in Ancient Eight action.

Freshman Jacqueline Barnes lost a three-set battle to Anaka Alankamony at the No. 1 spot. After scoring two points in the first game, Barnes scored five in both the second and third games.

Sophomore Tori Dewey was the lone member of the Big Green to take a game. Dewey dropped a four-set hard fought match at No. 8.

Dartmouth wraps up the weekend of Ivy play tomorrow, Jan. 12, hosting No. 4 Princeton. The match is set to begin at 12 p.m.
