ETNA, N.H.  – For the fourth time this fall, the Dartmouth equestrian team rode away with a first-place finish. This most recent victory came Saturday at the Big Green’s own show, best nine other teams at Morton Farm.

Like she had last week at Colby -Sawyer, sophomore Emma Waugh came away as the show’s high -point rider.

Bates, Bowdoin, Castleton State, Colby -Sawyer, Middlebury, Endicott, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine all joined Dartmouth in competing on Saturday afternoon.

The Big Green’s top performances included:
Janna Wandzilak – 1st in open fences, 2nd in open flat
Alexa Dixon - 1st in open flat
Lacey Gilberston - 1st in open fences
Emma Waugh - 1st in intermediate fences, 1st in intermediate flat
Catherine Conway - 2nd in novice fences, 1st in novice flat
Jesse Menville - 1st in novice fences
Felicia Jia - 1st in walk trot canter
Justin Maffett - 2nd in walk trot
Marley Marius - 2nd in walk trot canter
Meghan Haugh - 1st in novice flat
Vanessa Trinh - 2nd in walk trot

Two shows are on the docket for next weekend as the team will compete Saturday at UNH and Sunday at Endicott. The fall season wraps up Sunday, Nov. 10 with the joint Dartmouth/Colby-Sawyer Show at Morton Farm.
