HANOVER, N.H. - Head Coach Andrew Towers has announced the Dartmouth men's lacrosse schedule for the upcoming spring 2013 season.
The Big Green are set to play 14 regular season contests, highlighted by seven home games.
The Green and White open the year with back-to-back nonconference home tilts against Colgate (Feb. 23) and Vermont (Feb. 26) before heading to Dallas, Texas, to take on Georgetown (March 2) in the Patriot Cup at SMU Stadium.
The team from the Upper Valley returns home to face Robert Morris (March 9), then heads south to take on North Carolina (March 18).
The program returns to Hanover to open its Ivy League schedule against Harvard (March 23). Coach Towers and company hit the road for a three-game road swing, their longest of the season, squaring off against Hofstra (March 26) and Ivy league foes Cornell (March 30) and Yale (April 6).
April marks the final month of the regular season for the Big Green as they welcome in Hartford (April 9) and Princeton (April 13) for the squad's last back-to-back home games of the season. Later in the month, they take their final road trip of the season facing Penn (April 20) and Holy Cross (April 23).
Dartmouth wraps up its 2013 season hosting Brown at Scully-Fahey Field on April 27.
The Ivy League Men's Lacrosse Championship takes place May 3-5 at the site of the team with the best conference record. The first round of the tournament will air on ESPN3, with the championship game set to be broadcast on ESPNU.
