PRINCETON, N.J. - The No. 8 Dartmouth men's squash team opened 2013 with an 8-1 loss at No. 1 Princeton.

The Big Green played a competitive match against the top-ranked Tigers as three matches went to five games.

The Green and White are now 3-3 overall and 0-2 in Ivy League play, while the Tigers remain unbeaten upping their record to 8-0 and 2-0 in league action.

Alexander Greer picked up the lone point for the team from the Upper Valley as he rallied from two-games down to top Stephen Harrington at the No. 5 spot. Greer won as Harrington resigned before the fifth game.

Robbie Maycock took the first two games against Samuel Kang, but was unable to hold on as Kang rallied for an 8-11, 11-13, 11-2, 11-3, 11-3 victory.

Dartmouth wraps up its road weekend on Jan. 13, as they take on Penn.
