Q & A with Malina

Why did you choose Dartmouth?

When I visited, the students were very friendly and the campus is beautiful!!!

How long have you been competing in track and what got you interested?

I first started cross country when I was 9, and I have been doing track ever since.  It wasn't until high school when they finally had triple jump as an option; I had always wanted to do it, so I just tried one day and fell in love.

Tell me something interesting about you that might come as a surprise to your teammates.

I only did track in high school to stay in shape for volleyball.

What are your future plans, if any?

I plan to go to graduate school for architecture and hopefully open my own business.

What extra curricular activities are you involved  in on campus?

Gospel Choir, NAACP, Architecture Club
