Bio

Ivy League Heptagonal Championships:
- 2016 Indoor Mile
- 2017 Indoor Mile

Before Dartmouth: Helen was a 3-time letter winner for cross country and track & field at Lake Forest High. During her sophomore year, her cross country team won the North Suburban Conference Championship, and she was also the NSCC individual state champion for the 2 mile. Her Senior year she was a Lake County Champion in cross country and track and field. She was voted most valuable athlete for cross country her junior and senior year, and for track and field her senior year. She was also a member of the National Honor Society, and was an AP scholar as well as an Illinois State Scholar.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Susan... has two brothers and one sister... her father and grandfather graduated from Dartmouth in 1994 and 1961 respectively... enjoys art, writing, biking, hiking, and waterskiing... plans to study Biology at Dartmouth for a career in Medicine.
