Ran three years of both cross country and track & field at Lakeside School in Seattle ...Served as the team captain for both teams his senior season...Named First Team All-Metro 3A as both a junior and senior during cross country season...Recipient of the Justin Casserly Inspirational Runner Award his final season of cross country.
