Got time on the field in three home games, all of which were Dartmouth victories — against Columbia, Cornell and Princeton ... had a field day in the final junior varsity contest, catching six passes for 131 yards, including a 65-yard touchdown.

Completed 153-of-269 passes for 2,294 yards with 13 touchdowns and added 250 rushing yards with eight touchdowns as a senior at Alief Taylor ... 18-5A All-Star QB and a Houston 100 top football recruit ... three-year starter at quarterback ...  cleared 6-foot-2 in the high jump at the Region III track championships as a senior ... an academic all-district selection ... finalist for the Touchdown Club of Houston Football Scholar-Athlete Award ... member of the Taylor Unity Council and the National Honor Society.
