Assistant coach Kelly Kuss is entering her sixth season on staff with the Big Green women's soccer program in 2015. Kuss joined the Dartmouth women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in August 2010 and earned a promotion to top assistant in 2011.

In her five-year tenure with the Big Green, Dartmouth has picked up 40 wins including wins over Ivy League rival, Harvard as well as Penn State and Pepperdine in non-conference action. Under her tutelage, twelve Dartmouth players have earned All-Ivy honors with Jackie Friedman and Corey Delaney earning NSCAA All-Region honors in 2014.

In 2014, the team finished with an 8-5-4 record and a second-place finish in the Ivy League with 12 points. As a group, the team was recognized with an NSCAA Team Academic Award. 

The 2012 season saw the Big Green post a nine-game turnaround highlighted by a seven-game win streak and a second-place finish in the Ivy League standings. The Big Green placed eight on the All-Ivy League teams and has a NSCAA Scholar All-American in Aurelia Solomon.

Prior to her arrival at Dartmouth, Kuss spent three seasons as an assistant coach for the women's soccer team at Amherst College, where she helped the program advance in the NCAA Tournament twice. In 2008, her second season, Amherst reached the NCAA Elite Eight and ranked fifth nationally in the NSCAA Division III poll. This past season, 2009, Amherst advanced to the Round of 32 and ranked 19th nationally.

Kuss, a 2006 Colgate graduate, was a standout athlete, ranking eighth all time in career points with 77 and fifth in assists with 23, starting 74 of 75 career games. She was named second team All-Patriot League in 2002, 2003 and 2004 and served as team captain in both 2005 and 2006. In 2004, Kuss led Colgate to the Patriot League regular season and tournament championships, earning Tournament MVP honors. The Raiders went on to upset No. 13 Arizona in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

She holds both her National Diploma and Advanced National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Kuss graduated from Colgate with a bachelor's degree in education and geology, earning Patriot League Academic Honor Roll status twice. In 2010, she earned her master's degree in higher education administration from UMass Amherst.
