Junior (2012): Appeared in all 14 games for Dartmouth, starting 13 ... scored 17 goals and totaled seven assists for 21 points ... finished fourth on the team in points, and fourth in goals ... took 46 shots ... scored three man-up goals and one man-down goal ... grabbed 24 ground balls and caused three turnovers ... tallied three points in a game three times and had at least two points six times ... registered a point in each of the team's first 10 games ... had two hat tricks, against Cornell on March 31 and against Yale on April 7 ... in the six Ivy games, he scored four goals and had two assists.

Sophomore (2011): Played in all 14 games for the Big Green, starting seven games ... was second on the team in goals scored with 18, and was third on the team in assists with eight ... finished tied for second on the team with 26 points ... the goals, assists and point totals were all career highs ... took 58 shots ... committed one penalty for one minute ... had a season-high four points in three games for the Big Green, and scored three goals on four different occasions ... had the game-winning goal in the final seconds against 17th-ranked Harvard on March 26 ... named honorable mention All-Ivy ... grabbed 13 ground balls and caused five turnovers ... in six Ivy League games, he tallied eight goals and two assists for 10 points.

Freshman (2010): One of only three first year players to compete in all of Dartmouth's 13 contests ... earned six starts, which was second among freshman ... scored eight goals and added an assist for nine points ... one of those goals came during a man-up situation ... three of the eight came in Ivy League play ... scooped up 21 ground balls for fifth on the team and first among freshman ... was sent to the penalty box three times ... scored a man-up goal in his first collegiate game at Colgate on Feb. 27 in a 7-3 win ... earned his first start the next game against Holy Cross in the home opener on March 9 ... scored in three of the final four games of the season.

Offterm (2011): went to Fish Hoek, South Africa for the fall term. Fish Hoek is a small town on the southern tip of the country about forty minutes outside of Cape Town ... participated in a program called Gap Year South Africa.

Before Dartmouth: Played lacrosse for three years at Darien High School ... won three Connecticut State championships in lacrosse with a career record of 62-3 ... two-time FCIAC champion ... first team All-FCIAC and first team all-state as a junior ... honorable mention All-FCIAC as a sophomore ... also played football and basketball ... two-time first team All-FCIAC in football ... first team all-state,  team MVP and captain as a senior ... helped Darien reach the state semifinals in football with a record of 11-2.

Personal: Nicholas Putnam Dysenchuk was born March 28, 1991 ... son of David and Pamela Dysenchuk ... has two sisters ... father played football and baseball at Bates ... mother compete in soccer and lacrosse at Tufts ... sister, Harika, played soccer at Middlebury ... interested in history ... enjoys reading, skiing and tennis.
