HANOVER, N.H. — David McLaughlin, the head coach of Dartmouth men's basketball, will host four separate Go Green Basketball camps at Leede Arena on the Dartmouth campus this summer, two for youth boys and girls, and two camps for rising high school players.
The two-day Go Green Basketball Elite camps bookend the two four-day youth camps, with the first one taking place on June 19-20 and the final camp scheduled for August 10-11. Elite campers will be put through a college practice atmosphere with team and individual drill sessions, participate in 5-on-5 games and experience player development sessions with a focus on strength and conditioning, injury prevention and nutrition. They will also learn about the admissions process, spend a night (residents only) in the Dartmouth dorms and eat in the Class of 1953 Commons.
The two youth camps, open to boys and girls that will be entering grades 1-8 in the fall, are scheduled for June 25-29 and July 30-August 3. The camp will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day that will provide a fun environment that stresses fundamentals with individualized instruction from college coaches and players.
