HANOVER, N.H. – Senior Julia Schroeder won both her doubles and singles matches in the 6-1 loss to William & Mary at the Boss Tennis Center on Sunday. The Big Green dipped to 3-3, while the Tribe improved to 4-3.

At the No. 1 doubles position, Schroeder and freshman Abigail Chiu took down Ekaterina Stepanova and Olivia Thaler, 6-1, but wins at No. 2 and 3 gave the first point to the Tribe. 

W&M picked up another win at No. 5 singles, but Schroeder followed that up with her 6-4, 6-2 defeat of Clara Tanielian at the No. 2 spot to give Dartmouth a point. After the Tribe had clinched, senior Kristina Mathis played a tiebreak super breaker at the No. 1 position, narrowly falling to Rosie Cheng.

Next weekend, Dartmouth will head to Princeton for the three-day ECAC Indoor Championship.
