Senior (2016-17): Raced in the first varsity all season … placed fourth in the Grand Final at the Doc Hosea Invitational (6:42.95) … at Sprints, her boat was fourth in the Grand Final (6:59.11) … beat Cornell to come first in final two and seventh overall at Ivies (6:30.35… won the team’s Warren C. “Chuck” Nagle Jr. Award.
Junior (2015-16): Rowed in the 1-seat of the Championship 8 that placed 15th at the Head of the Charles (17:02.73) … was the bow of the varsity 8 that was third in the Grand Final at Sprints (7:18.79) … at Ivies, her boat placed third in the Petite Final (6:55.74).
Sophomore (2014-15): was the 7-seat in the varsity 8 that won against BC, UMass and MIT (7:32.88) … at Sprints, she was the 7-seat in the second varsity that placed third in the Grand Final (6:45.83) … helped her boat take second in the Petite Final at the Ivy League Championship (6:49.47).
Before Dartmouth: Attended the Lawrenceville School … seven-time letterwinner in water polo, swimming and rowing … won water polo Eastern Championship in 2011-12 and 2012-13 … competed in the rowing Mid-Atlantic Prep League Championship in 2011-12 … named to the 2013 U.S. World Development Rowing Team and represented the United States in Germany … community orchestra … house president.
Personal: Carin Carroll is the daughter of Cynthia and David Carroll … has one brother and two sisters … sister, Britta, graduated from Dartmouth in 2015 … has lived in five different countries on three different continents.
