Senior (2016-17): As a senior, he had an overall record of 14-9 in singles and 15-9 in doubles … played most of his singles matches at the No. 5 position before playing the last four at No. 4 and going 2-2 … went 5-2 against Ivy League opponents … clinched an impressive seven matches throughout the year … played most of his doubles matches alongside David Horneffer at No. 2 … went on an eight-match winning streak (Feb. 24 – Mar. 24).
Junior (2015-16): All-Ivy First Team (doubles) … had an overall record of 17-7 in singles and 15-9 in doubles … in dual matches, he went 15-5 in singles action and 15-8 in doubles … singles: played mostly at the No. 3 and 4 positions … had a seven-match unbeaten streak in February and March … doubles: appeared at the No. 1 and 2 spots … he and Brendan Tannenbaum were nationally ranked for the final five matches of the season … defeated Columbia (eventual Ivy League champion) at No. 1 doubles.
Sophomore (2014-15): Played in the Farnsworth Ivy Plus Tournament, defeating Buffalo's Sergio Arevalillo by scores of 6-1, 6-1.
Freshman (2013-14): Wrapped up his first season with the Big Green with a record of 15-5 in singles play and 4-4 in doubles … played most of his singles matches in the No. 5 and 6 spots, while he appeared in the No. 3 spot for the majority of his doubles matches … won his first three singles matches against Bryant, Villanova and Arkansas … played in the top spot against Boston University, a match he won by a score of 6-1, 6-0 … had a record of 4-1 in Ivy League action.
Before Dartmouth: Wall attended Saint Stephens College in Coomera, Australia…earned a second place at Australia Nationals 14U in 2010 and a third place at Australia Nationals 16U in 2011…named the Queenland State champion in the 18U division in 2011.
Personal: George Wall is the son of John and Karen Wall and has one sister. He plans to pursue a career in business.
