James Holder
James Holder is entering his second season as head coach of the men's and women's swimming and diving programs in 2017-18. In 2016-17, the Big Green men won the Dartmouth Invitational by defeating UMass over the course of the two-day meet. At the 2017 Ivy League Championship, Dartmouth took seventh with 561 points and was highlighted by David Harmon breaking his own school record in the 100 fly. At the conclusion of the season, Joby Bernstein was named Academic All-Ivy.   FULL BIO

Chris Hamilton
Chris Hamilton is entering his 18th season as head coach of the Dartmouth men's and women's diving programs in 2017-18. In 2016-17, AJ Krok competed in the A final on the 1-meter board at the Ivy League Championship, finishing in sixth place and earning 24 points toward the team's total. During his first showing at Ivies, Ray Neistat placed 11th in the B final, improving by over 20 points from prelims. On 3-meter, Taylor Clough took fourth and Krok was sixth in the A final, improving on their performances from the day before and earning a combined total of 50 points. This is the second time in two years that two Dartmouth divers finished in the top eight.    FULL BIO

Milana Socha
Milana Socha was named an assistant coach with the swimming and diving teams in September of 2017. Prior to arriving in Hanover, Socha spent last season as an assistant at the University of Toledo. She was in charge of recruiting, social media, dryland and spring training, and fundraising. In addition to her normal duties, she also coached a high school boys' team during the summer.   FULL BIO
